 We ship at all serviceable pin codes across India. We also provide the Cash on Delivery payment option.

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 7-10 working days of receiving the order. However, we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering.  
  • The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  • Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. Any refusal of COD order will result in future orders not getting processed from that user/address
  • In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us and leave comments in the order about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfill the order within the time requested. 
  • Nomadic Abstracts uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We however extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS (if Applicable)

Orders placed can only be cancelled within 24hours of placing the order.

  1. Products that are eligible for return, the return request can be placed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Only damaged and broken products can be exchanged/returned.
  2. Once a piece is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  3. Any missing product claims have to be substantiated with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a video of opening the box for the first time and unboxing all articles from it. 
  4. Variations in color, texture and veining is possible and is not considered a defect. Such products are not eligible for returns on these grounds. The same applies to all products. 
  5. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. In such a case, we request the customer to pay Nomadic Abstracts shipping and transaction costs
  6. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
  7. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order.  
  8. We aim to process all returns within 7 days. In case of any queries and doubts, we are happy if you write to us at info@nomadicabstarcts.com

There are 2 options for returning products once approved. If the return shipping is done by Nomadic Abstracts shipping provider, we will provide a quote based on actual rates. If you would like to use your own shipping provider, you can proceed with that as well. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.You are requested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your Payment Source company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
